As a Master’s Level Resident of Counseling in Virginia and National Certified Counselor, I help to empower individuals and couples who are going through life transitions. This can be anything from workplace stress, relationship issues or divorce, anxiety, and feeling as if you do not have space or courage to be your authentic self.

I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, with an Undergraduate degree in Psychology from Trinity Washington University. A passion of mine is to normalize therapy, especially in the African American Community. Torre currently works under the supervision of Dr. Amy Parks LPC, in Alexandria, VA, and Dr. Dominique Adkins, LPC, NCC, ACS
